Ganapati festival is celebrated with utmost enthusiasm by elders and youngsters alike. But using Plaster of Paris to make the Ganesh idol and then submerging it in the river causes pollution and it diminishes the very purpose of the festival. Therefore club has organised Ganpati Idol making workshop using Shaadu Mati which is dissolved in the water very easily thereby not causing any pollution and around 275 people participated in the same. Famous sculpture artist Mr. Abhijit Dhondphale taught the same in very easy manner. on 28.08.2021 it was Idol making workshop and then on 4.09.2021 there was Idol colouring workshop wherein the children and adults alike participated in large numbers.
