To give training of how to do and grow the business to the women who already work in Bachat Gat and have some ongoing small scale businesses, women would be ascertained, training personnel will be ascertained, topic of training will be ascertained and workshop will be conducted to empower the women. Small Scale Women Entrepreneurs' Workshop was conducted in two days session on 20th and 21st October 2021 at Nasrapur by Rotary Club of Pune Sarasbaug. Total 43 women from 15 various villages of Velhe tehsil attended it on both the days. Jnana Prabodhini’s - Women Empowerment section is very well active in this area since last 25 years. They also have started various economical activities for these women in the area. There are total 200 small savings groups (???? ??? ??). They were very positive, enthusiatic and asked various questions and shared their experiences too during the workshop. These women will share their experiences with their respective groups hence there would be more number of benificiaries that are benefitted. Anubhuti's team helped us in training these women in which a total 4 topics were covered - 1. Kaizen- small changes in us for business Development 2. Business communication 3. Time management 4. Lifestyle of women entrepreneurs Our Club President Rtn Rajendra Satalkar and first lady Nehaa (club admin director inaugurated the program. Rtn. Padma Shahane (RCP Metro) district 3131 head of women empowerment helped us a lot in the whole process. Rtn. Gauri Bakale, joint project Director of RCP Sarasbaug took a lot of efforts in planning and the actual implemention of this project. Closing ceremony of the workshop was carried out by our IPP Jaya Deshpande with her insptring speech for these women entrepreneurs. Also, Bharti Khasbage from Jnana Prabodhini, expressed her vote of thanks on behalf of all these women. Our special thanks to Suvarna Gokhale, head of women empowerment section of Jnana Prabodhini for giving us this opportunity to serve these women entrepreneurs. Such type of projects are really useful for village small entrepreneurs. We were searching for women in Pune but as the response was less we turned to these group of women as they were eager to take new learnings. The overall experience of this workshop was really satisfying and that has inspired us to take up such great projects where benificiaries are more. Many thanks to district 3131 - Community Economic and Development for giving us this opportinity to work with real needy women.
