Points Raised: The change report for the trust submitted on 24 January, covering the last four years' pending reports. AG visit on 22nd confirmed. AG visit agenda discussed with all members. Presentation prepared and shared with all members. AG visit menu confirmed, and the venue is Sarita Vidyalay. External cleaning of the venue is arranged. AG gift to be given by the president (Glass bowl). DG Visit Preparation: MOC for DG visit: Bhagyashree, Jayatai, Priya Shah. New Year theme decided. Dress code finalized. Menu decided; Keyur Caterers will be the caterer. Venue for the DG visit: Electronic Industrial Estate Hall. Welcome team: Sudhir Sunthankar, Sanjay Satalkar, Ashutosh, and Alpana Vaidya. Stage committee: Sarika Vedpathak, Shweta Shah, Priyanka Gadekar, Amita Sheth, Yogesh Jagtap, Rajendra Satalkar.
