New Member Deepak Deshpande wants to leave the club and is requesting a refund of half of his fees. Membership Director, Vishwas Parasnis, will attempt to convince him to stay. If unsuccessful, the President and Secretary will delete his name from the site before the first week of December and will refund his six months' fees. 2. Diwali pharal distribution to 100 farmers from Sonde Mathana village was discussed and approved. Each kit would cost around Rs 800, and 10K can be sponsored by the Trust. The project was approved. Convener – Gauri Bakhale 3. It was discussed and decided to get approval for all the projects from BOD in a BOD meeting or in a special meeting for all projects, before starting the projects. 4. The suggestion was made to appoint a convener for each project with the assistance of the Project Director. Approved . 5. Pharal watap at Janaseva Foundation (150x70) was approved. – Convener Shweta Shah 6. It was discussed and approved to participate in a district project Joy Ride (METRO ride) for disabled children .. – Convener Amita Sheth 7. The lantern distribution project was approved. 8. The request for drinking water (water purifier) arrangements by Mauli Anath Ashram, Nasrapur - was approved. Convener – Nitin Khirid 9. The proposal for a school app for 10th-grade students (Rs 55 each) was NOT approved for this year, but it will be considered for the next year, with sponsorship from Bhushan Kulkarni for 100 students. 10. Wagholi blind school's request for a U reading machine (15K) sponsored by Jayatai and 15 k from club. The project was approved. – Convener Nitin Khirid 11. Providing shoes to students from Lunkad school was approved. 12. The proposal for sign boards for the rescue team at forts (15K) sponsored by Deepak Lokhande was approved. – Convener Deepak Lokhande 13. It was decided that the club account and trust account should be mentioned on all BOD Meeting. |
