| Meeting Agenda | MOM: Minutes - 29.09.2023 BOD Host Priya Shah Agenda for tomorrow BOD 1. giving water purifier to तर्पण संस्था - quotations - Juvekar 75000/- plus installation, Vishwas Parasnis 60000/- with installation. If Rotaractor Chinmay Yadav agrees to pay the amount, we can do this project. Else we need to find sponsoror. Some contribution like 5-10k should come from Tarpan Institute. 2. food packets given to Swami nivas Sanstha - yogesh Jagtap contributed Rs 3,600/-. Shweta and Snehal to visit once. If found appropriate Yogesh Jagtap will pay and others to contribute. 3. about yoga competition - on 8.10 and award on 13.10 on our regular meeting. 4. navadurga puraskar in our club with charter day- 16th October - Names shall be shared on group. - Chairperson - Priya Shah - Gauri Shikarpur Chief Guest - place of event - Neetu Mandke, MCCIA and Ganesh hall. priority to Ganesh Hall. Budget 35000/- 5. kojagiri pornima on 28th October - Venue - Sanjay Satalkar Terrace - to call RYE Students for the same - Rupa Shah and Nikita Satalkar Chairman 6. about Asmita project (चेक दिला आहे). - SNDT asked, will inform us on Tuesday. 7. Budget discussion - kaka informed the changes 8. Ongoing GG of heart surgeries and its progress - 25 heart surgeries have happened so far. By November 2023 DMH would complete. 9. Charter Day fellowship sponsored by Parasnis on 25th anniversary. 10. 6.10 club assembly. 11. 1000$ donation by foreign donor for heart surgeries, we can take it directly to DMH and have the heart surgeries. 12.
