1. Club account update - current balance - Rs. 1,00,000/-
2. Trust account update - Current available amount for project - Rs. 10,00,000/- (Veena World - 5.25, Manoj Ghodke 2) usable 2.75 lac,
3. Bhor school smart screen project - Bhor school deposited their share in the trust account. Yogesh has placed the order for the purchase of the screen and the same shall be given by him tomorrow. The school opens at 15.06.2023. Principal of the school shall collect the screen after it is received by Yogesh. We will be able to do this project on 15.06.2023/16.06.2023. 10k given by the school. Transportation of the screen done by the school.
4. Priyadarshani school project - since the school trustee created hindrance than aiding the discussions, we will not go ahead with this school for any project as dispute may arise in future.
5. Sumati Balvan - Sudhir Sunthankar, Jayashree Deshpande and Manoj Ghodke visited this school and took various requirements of the school. Out of which the current and urgent requirement of notebooks, microscope etc. we will be able to fulfil wherein the quotation given for the total expense is Rs. 1,02,856/- out of which Rs. 1,00,000/- donated by Mahesh ji in the club, he has given approval of this Project and communicated the same to Sudhir. Accordingly we will be able to do it. For the remaining funds of Rs. 7,856/- wherein Rs. 2,856/- for the project and Rs. 7,856 (5% Admin Expenses for the Trust) to be raised. School is from 1-10th. Special Course of technology. Welding, carpeting, electrical is taught with food and nutrition lab, farming. They have 14 orphan girls wherein their entire expense are done by the school. We had given E learning to them when we had given 52 e-learning. They have smart TV they need SD card. For 14 girls, they need books and notebooks, 4 microscopes and water filter. Dr. Sharayu Ghole is founder member of the school. We can also think for happy school project at this School. We have the provision in the trust.
6. Project Asmita remaining girls update - remaining 150 girls of this project we will do in Garware School between 15.06.2023 - 22.06.2023 after the school opens by 15.06.2023.
7. Ramraksha competition and award ceremony - we will do the same at Navmaharashtra school on 15-20.06.2023.
8. To continue Sarita Vidyalay or to go to Electronic estate for RY 2023-2024 - After much deliberation in BOD it has been decided that - We will continue with Sarita Vidyalay on Friday. - committee - Nitin, Amit, Manoj, Lalit
9. To open the sunshine box to donate its contents - to open on 23.06.2023 and to donate its contents to Polio by Serving president online and he will take cash and this
10. १ जुलै doctor's day निमित्त दीनानाथ हॉस्पिटल तसेच क्लब मधील डॉक्टरांचा सन्मान - in the morning to go to Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital to do this project and thereafter to the clinic of Dr. Bhushan to felicitate him. They have identified young doctors - assistant doctors. We will felicitate our club doctors at Deenanath.
11. ११ जून district admin seminar तसेच CRM च्या उपस्थितीबद्दल - Jayatai and Shweta attending the admin seminar. It is expected that at least two directors to remain present at the CRM depending on the topics for discussion - President need to go.
12. 7th July 2023 installation fixed at New English School Tilak Road, Pune.

14. अंगणवाडी - District Project - we are taking 4 Anganwadi adopted. List is given by the district. Given to Nitin. We will do the needful.

19. We received two complaints of Thalassemia ward at Deenanath. Patients were not getting proper availability of the beds. We will discuss the same with the Deenanath committee wherein some patients are getting two bottles at once thereby taking time of 2 patients. We need to give the letter regarding the same.
20. The blood bottles that we give to Thalasemia, shall we give the filtration charges per patient 472/- plus NAC testing 512/- Rs. 1,000/- per person. If we get the donor for the same, we will do it. Donor shall be outside the club. Rs. 10,00,000/- - Rs. 12,00,000/- per annum.
21. As policy we will not take past presidents of the other existing club. If the club is getting closed, then we can accept.
22. Whether we are donating the notebooks - yes.
23. Single parent - 5 students per school - we will adopt one child for his educational project. - Yogesh and Shweta - 2 each, Vishwas - 1, Amit 1, Rupali 1, Priya 2, Bhushan 1, Sanjay Satalkar - 1, Sachin Shinde (I) 1, All to communicate |
