| Minutes of Meeting | in the first meeting with the President and the secretary, all the documents came to be verified by the DG and DG spoke at length with the President and Secretary regarding overall club management etc. thereafter the DG interacted with both the Rotaract club and the interact club principle. Thereafter the strategic planning committee had a meeting with the dG and thereafter there was the meeting with the entire BOD wherein presentation came to be given by the BOD with the DG. thereafter after a short break, the DG visit with the club commenced with the agenda provided by the district wherein MOC was Rtn Aarti Bothara. DG addressed the club and the meeting came to be adjourned followed by the dinner. |
