Total surgeries conducted till date are 11 and remaining surgeries will be conducted by two three months. 9 surgeries cheques given. One cheque bounced due to only one sign is there. 3. Sonali Mehta was not well. She wants to check the club environment. Three members given by Suresh Shinde, they want to attend the meeting again. Need to visit and get the forms filled. Forms and cheques to be taken soon. 4. Santosh Katariya is ready to pay for the uniforms for Lunkad School so cheque to be deposited in trust and then the amount to be disbursed. 5. In two days, letter from ex-sarpanch will be received and then we can proceed with the documentation. 6. Shukrangan - Suresh Shinde Chairman - each club will be given 2 tables wherein stalls can be placed. Activity of PI on 14.02.2023. Flex can be placed there since 7 days prior and 500 persons can travel free to and fro 7. Saree Marathon - Synergy activity - after expenses criterion we will take the call 8. On request, we can remove Shailesh Bhagwat and can instate Bhushan Shinde or Naren Solanki 9. Dental camp - Post exams we can have it in school. We can also do it Lunkad school 10. All the goods are delivered. 1 projector, hard disc of video, HB meter and strips, 1000 updated handbook on various aspects. 1000 iron supplements and cupboard to keep it. We can have different schools to test HB first and then with the deficiency of 8, 9 and 10th standard to give iron tablet. To distribute the books. Navmaharashtra - 180, Renuka Swarup etc. schools to be spoken. Shinde High School - 50 girls. All to put in efforts. 11. Total requirement 45 students. The school has sent the break up but not quotations. We have surplus of 58,800/- to take names and details from the school and to provide accordingly. 12. 56 cycles requirement is been given by Bhor School. One cycle Rs. 5,000/- and therefore total requirement comes to Rs. 3,00,000/-. Based on availability of donor, we can do the same. 13. SERA VERA to do but not to give donations. 14. Lets meet regarding Anganwadi this week and finalise about the same. 15. Gauri proposed to have Ryla with Rotaractors. With the further details and the costing, we can go ahead with the same if in budget. |
