Thereafter President spoke about the year ahead and his plans with the theme imagine rotary, thereafter secretary spoke about her plans and then avenue wise, treasurer spoke on budgeting, admin director spoke on meetings ahead, service project director spoke on what would be done in the coming year, medical director spoke about the plans ahead, foundation director spoke on the plans to get funds for foundation, youth director spoke about formation and re-installation of interact clubs. Thereafter AG was introduced by Admin director. Then AG gave his remarks. Vote of thanks were proposed by secretary and then the meeting was adjourned. |
