Eryla - Total 6,400/- needed to be returned to the 4 clubs equally - for that we need funds - To speak with CA whether to take advance fees of members. From 1 June we will take membership fees for next fees. Budget to be decided and fixed and only that amount to be used. 3. Global Grant - 18 patients are identified by Deenanath and surgeries can commence from 1.06 - Deficit came - Vega was going to give initially 3,00,000/- for Heart Surgery and there is a short fall of $3000 we need donors 4. Cataract - 1.5 lakh is remaining wherein we need to find the donor 5. Projects to be uploaded on RI and 3131. 6. Two meetings - one Assembly this month and one in the next month wherein award night also will be on the same night as that of planning. Two sponsors needed 7. District Dues are paid already and therefore need to give the details of the same 8. Eye check up camp for slum area to be done 9.
