Minutes of Meeting	Meeting was called to order. Thereafter the president expressed all the projects happened till date and the future projects that were going to happen. Thereafter there were secretarial announcements. Thereafter BOD for 2022-2023 was disclosed by PE which is as follows - 1. President - Bhushan Kulkarni 2. Update on global grant and happy village - Global Grant Deenanath had an issue with MoU- DG spoke with them and the issues are getting resolved - they had apprehension in collecting foreign funds, once assured that funds will be in Indian Rupees - 5. Happy Village - We initially were going to spend 13 on happy village and 7 on heart surgery- instead we are taking 20 lakhs one cheque in foundation and entire amount to be spent on happy village and district would share funds for heart surgery - school updation and village sanitisation plus water purification 6. AG Visit planning 18.03 7. DG visit Planning 29.03 - PYC checking, Shantai, Sachin checking option of S P College 8. Project uploading 9. Rotaract project help - Rotaractor Trjas Rathod came with a project of Community Service - Project Ghar - Yerwda - 6 floor building - invested 12 crores - 2 floor for orphanage tuitions - 2 floor for small female children under 13 - 1 for disabled and 1 for old age couples - needs - donate furniture or rooms wherein bills will be reimbursed or taking responsibility of 1 child etc - they also need electronic devices - Proposal - can we do one project with retractors - they need funds or in kind - Sant Ishwar Foundation 10. Debate competition - marathi team - Jayashree Deshpande and Bhushan Kulkarni, English team - Nehaa Satalkar and need one more , Retractors also are asked to participate if they can 11. Teachers training - Shivajinagar Club wanted 6000/- to get involved in the same - we will do it 12. Park items for disabled children to play with - 13. Training of Navmaharashtra needs to be conducted - pending from Global Grant so we can close the same. 14. Felicitation of deserving women in and around Pune - we can connect with PDG Deepak Shikarpur - we need to have costs estimate to do the same - 8.03 15. Synergy Meeting on 18.02 Damle hall - we have a meeting there 16. Cataract project is completed - we need to pay 500000/- and need to collect funds - function to be done by February end
